Hot Desk Policy

Hot desks are shared workspaces and must be kept ready for the next user. Each hub has certain desks which are designated "hot desks".

At the end of each working day, users must clear their desk of all personal belongings, paperwork, food, and equipment. Desks should be left clean and tidy.

Each hot desk must be equipped with:

• Monitor
• HDMI cable
• USB keyboard and mouse
• Laptop stand
• Desk chair

Please report any missing or damaged equipment to the hub team promptly.
