You are required to sign your employment contract, which outlines your job expectations, salary, working hours, and other essential terms and conditions. Contracts must be signed and forwarded to the finance team as part of the onboarding process. Your Line Manager will be able to make sure this happens during your induction.

Any changes to the contract will be communicated in writing, and you will have the opportunity to object if necessary.
