Probationary Period

When you start to work for Handcrafted, you will be on a probationary period which is designed to give you more intensive support as you get to know the job and to quickly address any difficulties that you might be facing.

The probationary period lasts three months and can be extended at your line manager's discretion. During this time, in addition to maintaining close contact with you, your line manager will formally meet with you at least once a month to review your work and ensure you are settling in well. A final review meeting is conducted at the end of the probationary period to assess performance. If satisfactory, the continuation of your employment will be confirmed​.
