Line Managers

Line Managers, along with Project Managers and Training Supervisors, are responsible for delivering Handcrafted's services in their areas of responsibility. They are accountable for ensuring a supportive working environment, setting standards of behaviour, and intervening when issues arise.

It's an important relationship. Your line manager will meet with you more intensively during your probationary period and they will continue to be your mainstay to support you in doing your job. Normally, your line manager is going to be the first person to whom you escalate concerns if possible and you can expect them to provide a listening ear and a commitment to working with you on any issues.
